We humbly present to you our 100% pure raw honey from Southern California. We guarantee that our honey is never filtered, never heated, never pasteurized and never blended to offer the highest quality and best tasting honey. Our honey is straight from the hive (which means you may find some bee pollen and honeycomb bits in the honey) and it is filled with antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and healthy enzymes. In addition, our hard working honeybees freely roam through the fresh crisp air of our farm located 5000 feet in elevation and even drink natural mineral spring water coming straight from our farm's mountain. This pristine environment allows our honeybees to make the best tasting and most nutritious honey you can trust!

Remember, raw honey crystallizes because it is 100% pure with nothing added. This means that the liquid honey can solidify into a crystal form due to changes in temperature or storage. Crystallized honey can easily be dissolved by placing the honey jar into warm water. Crystallized honey is still pure honey that is safe and delicious to enjoy!
